    it’s only fair. Women wearing garbage bags should be afforded full opportunity in having their opinions/views voiced. In the west we insist upon them wearing paper bags, when doin’ a- certain-thang. No problem….as ” Oprah Rules ” should apply to women equally everywhere. It’s only fair. ( sorry….bitter man-thing on a roll here. ) :-D
