Well this is not surprising… women are pretty much like livestock in most religions… even the 10 commandments count women with livestock.
Just like in Islam one should not hit the wife in the face.. hit her where one can not see the wounds… and BTW islam is pretty much based on the bible.. same gawd and all.

1. Exhortation. When your wife is sinning, exhort her with the Word. Use your Bibles, gents! This needs to be done with gentleness, and often you will need to repeat yourself several times (using similar words) before it sinks in. Remember always, when disciplining that the person before you is the most cherished, adored person in your universe. Treat her as such. If you have children, it may, depending on how her sin touched the children require that they be present. However, keep control of the situation. DO NOT LET THE CHILDREN EXHORT YOUR WIFE DIRECTLY! There are times when children may do so, but once you’re involved, it’s your show, Husband. If the children have something to say (and you feel that it needs to be heard) have them address you, and not her. You are your wife’s leader and authority in the home, not the children. Do not risk upsetting that balance.
2. Rebuke and Lash. This is the harshest discipline a husband should administer, and it should always be done privately and with Godly, Biblical love. Usually, exhortation will have already taken place before this method is used, but there may come situations where this is the first step. The rebuke and lashing should be administered with a calm heart. Talk to your wife, let her know you are serious, and tell her why she is to be disciplined physically.
When administering physical discipline, take caution not to deliver the lashes anywhere but the buttocks. The first attempt at this punishment should only be delivered by hand so you can get an idea of how many lashings are needed. The best position will be for you to sit at the end of a bed or on a chair (with no arms) and have her lay across your lap. She can also bend over a bed with arms tucked under her chest and your left hand on the small of her back. If a strap (belt) is to be implemented watch that each stoke falls directly on the buttocks and not higher. EDITOR’S NOTE: When using the hand, or a small, short implement, such as a switch or small “hairbrush”-type paddle, over-the-knee positioning can work quite well.

Ok Dr. I have seen your posts quite often and have noticed a trend. They seem to be mostly about anger towards the religious, specifically Christians. For anyone, Christian or not, we have to realize that if we are going to write such things or say such things we have to take some responsibility. We have to understand that there are a great many fools outthere who read this stuff as truth. You stated in another post that Christians stole thier holiday from the pegans who celebrated Festivus. You obviously made this information up, as, once again, Festivus was a joke from Sinefield, not a real celebration. Now you say that Islam is built on the Bible. Twice. This is incorrect. Mohammed was inspired by the Pentatuch, which are indeed the first five books of the Bible, but origionally this would have been considered only by the name of the Pentatuch. WIth the addition of rabinic wisdom it became the Torah. Islam has it’s foundations in the Torah, not the Bible. But the majority of Islamic teachings come from the words of the Prophet, not from the Pentatuch.
I am interested in reading this blog further. I welcome your opinions, they are challenging, but please, for your own sake and credibility, do your research.

By saying that Islam is founded in the Bible, you imply that the Teachings of Jesus Christ are the foundations of Islam. Which is entirely false.
Yes, Jesus does appear in Islamic texts, but not as the Jesus of the NT. His teachings were very different, and he escaped curcifixion.
Please, in your knowledge and vast research, cite for me a “PROPHET” who has ripped dogma from other religious books.

Aahh. Bad men have made it so that good men cannot apply loving mild whacks to their wife and children’s rears when they are disrespectful or disobedient.
Things seem to go from extreme to extreme.
The beaters, punchers, chokers have caused an overreaction so that the women and children thirst for discipline but are afraid to trust a man to apply it with their best interest in mind.
One of my sisters was choked badly by her husband in the late 1950s. This bad man incited her to leave him with their four children. Her life has been a mess ever since, along with three of her children’s lives in a mess.
Presently I am trying to help a sister’s daughter to deal with a bad man who molested their daughter from shortly after she was born. He, over 6 1/2 ft. tall and 250#, choked 5 1/2 ft. and 125# her and picked her up by the neck, jamming her against a wall so that her toes were just barely on the floor. He also on another occasion threw a brick at her, striking her in the upper back.
Both of these bad men might have been salvageable if each woman’s relatives had been able to handle the problem in the ole fashun way: their fathers and brothers and uncles catch these bad men and beat them until they were afraid they were about to die, but carefully so the a*****e could go to work the next Monday morning. A little terrorizing, the “fear of God,” can work wonders.
But today everybody would be in jail for “domestic violence” and the beaters and chokers would be the “victims.” Or maybe be in jail too and lose their jobs.
And now unruly women who are just looking for a strong man to subdue them are instead of being given a little spanky, Tased, peppered, beaten and thrown in jail for what years ago could probably have been fixed with an occasional smack on the a**.
Feminism is caused mostly by bad men, not by bad women.

Just curious. What is it that drives men towards violence against women? I’ve been there but have never understood why. On one occasion I went blitz-krieg and certainly wish I hadn’t. Nothing terribly serious, a black-eye. It destroyed any further possibility of a continuing relationship… which has broken my heart.

Women tend toward running their mouths expressing their feelings. Men tend to talk to express facts.
A man who will hit a woman like he would another man who is attacking him has no excuse. For a woman to be anything close to a match physically to a man her own size she must have either a weapon or be skilled in fighting arts. Even then she is on the edge of defeat.
A man has no authority over a woman not his wife or daughter. A girlfriend or fiancee is independent. For a man to strike a girlfriend or even a fiancee his only justification is that she is trying to seriously injure him and has the ability to do it.
My wife used to hit me until she realized it had no effect on me. She was unable to hit me in the face as I would dodge. Hitting me on the shoulders or chest did nothing.
I have never intentionally struck my wife. Once I bumped her in the eye with my elbow when I was clumsily trying to put my arm around her in the car. On one other occasion I knocked into her accidentally. Not counting bumping into her leg on rare occasion or rolling over in bed and bumping her those are the only two times I have ever hurt her by hitting.
She tries to be submissive in spite of feminist conditioning in the public schools and today’s society.
Cowards and bullies commit violence on others who are smaller, older, weaker than they. Women are almost all weaker than all but old or very small men. I know a 15 yo girl who is 6′-4″ and around 190#. However at 60 and 200# she has no chance against me in strength or skill, though I have not been in a fight since I was about 16 yo. So for cowardly bullies women are an attractive target for them to inflate their egos.

Thank you Sir for your truth. There are many women who do not know their place in the home. To be quiet and serve their hoh’s is all they have to do. If they disobey, sometimes a whipping is needed. My hoh, has whipped me only when I deserve it. I have been made to stand in the corner naked for an hour. His friend came over & he showed me in my corner to further humiliate me. I knew I wouldn’t be standing there had I obeyed him from the start.

Nobody deserves to be hit. Not kids, not women, not men, not animals, nobody. I know I’m going to be the odd one out here, but that is my belief, you can say whatever you please, it’s wrong to hit. I understand that the Bible says to do such things, but things change. I mean that not to be offence to anyone (I know it will be, though, my apologizes), but it’s true. Women should be equal to men. Really, the only difference between genders is the body, and that doesn’t make the person. It’s what’s inside that counts. A married couple is a team. On a team, all members are equal. People should give women a break. If it weren’t for them, now you wouldn’t be alive, now would you? Same goes for men, too! A husband should show graditude and love towards their wife, and same goes for women. One should not be judged for their body. Women are smart as men, and strong as men. Think about what pain they went through for the children of whom you should love dearly. And say thanks to her today.

My gosh Dmitry….is it hanky time? The sentiments are correct but the reality is somewhat lacking. A team? Any number of young couples may indulge themselves in that perception but it’s far from reality.
Michelle Langley has an excellent book out this moment addressing the reality of that reality. “Women’s Infidelity” is excellent resource material and, having been written from an educated female perspective, it turns the tables on conventional philosophy.

@ Dmitry…..women are not ‘team’ players although they do make the occasional exception at synchronized swimming events. If they were….they’d be the major attraction in sports. They have always been ‘superior’, in a sense, but their greatest mistake ( in our culture ) was overtly shoving it in everyone’s face at every opportunity. Same rationale that has the US military despised in every country in the world.
The Muslins have it wrong at one end and we have it wrong at the other. As usual, the Pope hasn’t a clue either way. So much for religidiots!
